No, all services are available by appointment only so each session receives the full amount of time, preparation, and attention.

Because the studio is intimate and designed for one-on-one services, additional guests are not allowed during appointments.

For health and sanitation reasons—and in accordance with Oregon state regulations—pets and non-service animals are not allowed inside the studio. Only ADA-recognized service animals may accompany you.

Foreign fills are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please send clear photos of your current lashes before booking. Additional fees may apply.
Booking & Scheduling

All appointments are booked online through my booking site located on my service page. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need for your visit.

Same-day bookings may be available depending on the schedule. If the booking site shows an open time slot, you’re welcome to book it. Or you can contact me to see if there’s any availability.

As a solo esthetician, I can only serve one client at a time. If you want to book with someone, please schedule your appointments back-to-back. There is typically a 30-minute gap between services to allow for proper breakdown and setup. If you have problems booking please let me know and I’ll schedule it for you.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your total at checkout.

If you’re unable to submit the deposit through the online system or payment apps, you’re welcome to schedule a time to drop off a cash deposit in person. Once received, I will send an e-receipt as confirmation.

Yes — as long as it’s within the allowed rescheduling window.

Cancellations must be made within the required timeframe.

Yes. Your confirmation email includes a link where you can edit your intake form anytime before your appointment.

Yes. Automated reminders are sent 24 hours before your appointment as a courtesy.

Payments & Pricing

Credit/debit cards, digital payment methods, and cash are accepted.

Yes. E-certificates are available. You can email the certificate directly to the recipient, or send it to yourself if you’d like to print it and gift it in person. Gift cards are available at the bottom of the service page.

No. Promotions, new-client specials, referral discounts, and seasonal offers cannot be combined unless clearly stated otherwise.

All services rendered are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your results, please contact me so I can assist you.
Groupon Clients

Please book under the “Groupon Clients” category on the service page. This ensures your appointment is scheduled correctly.

Your voucher code must be submitted on your intake form when booking. The system will verify and redeem your code before your appointment.

If the voucher code is missing or invalid, your appointment may be canceled or marked as incomplete until the correct code is provided.

Groupon vouchers follow the same timing requirements as all other appointments.
If you reschedule late or do not show up, a $20 non-refundable rebooking fee will be required before scheduling another appointment. -
If your voucher is expired but still has paid value, please contact Groupon customer support for assistance before booking.

Yes. Upgrades or add-ons can be applied to your appointment. The difference between your Groupon value and the upgraded service rate will be due at checkout.

Refunds for Groupon vouchers must be requested directly through Groupon, as payment was made through their platform.
The Modern Heiress uses Acuity for online booking and requires an active card to secure your appointment. We enforce a strict No-Show and Cancellation policy. The Modern Heiress reserves the right to refuse service and may adjust pricing and policies at any time. For updates, check our service menu or follow us on Instagram.
