Care Guide for Services

Lash Extensions

Updated: 11/27/2025

  • Lash extensions enhance your natural lashes by adding customized length, curl, and fullness. Each extension is applied individually for a soft, seamless, and weightless look. Whether you want natural, wispy, or dramatic volume, your style will be tailored to your eye shape and preferences.

    Perfect for:
    • Those who want effortless beauty
    • Busy lifestyles
    • Clients who love waking up ready
    • Special events or long-term wear

Results last: 2–3 weeks between fills, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare routine.

  • For the best retention and safest application, please arrive prepared:

    The Day Before

    • Shower and wash your hair before your appointment.
You’ll need to avoid getting lashes wet for the first 24 hours.

    • Discontinue waterproof mascara and lash curlers for at least 3 days prior—residue prevents proper bonding.

    The Day Of

    • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
No mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, or skincare around the eyes.

    • Do not apply moisturizers, creams, or oils on or near the lash line.

    • Avoid caffeine before your appointment—caffeine causes eye twitching, which can slow application.

    • Remove contact lenses and wear glasses if needed.

    • If you have existing lashes from another artist, book a removal 24 hours prior to your full set.
(Mixing adhesives can cause retention issues or reactions.)

Tip: If your lashes arrive with makeup, residue, or buildup, cleansing time may eat into your lashing time.

  • You may not be a suitable candidate if you have:

    • Active eye infections (pink eye, styes, blepharitis)

    • Recent eye surgery (within 6–8 weeks)

    • Chronic watery eyes or severe allergies

    • Known adhesive allergies

    • Excessively oily skin or active dermatitis around the eye

    • Trichotillomania (lash-picking)

    • Alopecia affecting the lashes

    • Inability to lie still for long periods

If you’re unsure, please message prior to booking.

  • Proper aftercare increases retention and protects your natural lashes.

    First 24 Hours

    • Keep lashes dry (no water, steam, sweat, or crying).

    • Avoid showers, saunas, steam rooms, and hot yoga.

    • Do not touch, rub, or brush them during this time.

    Daily Care

    • Clean lashes every morning and night with a lash-safe cleanser.

    • Use only oil-free products around the eyes.

    • Brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie.

    • Avoid cotton rounds or makeup wipes on the lash line.

    • Never use mascara (especially waterproof).

    • Avoid extreme heat—opening the oven, lighters, blow dryers on high heat, etc.

    Sleep Tips

    • Avoid sleeping on your face or side.

    • A silk or mulberry pillowcase helps reduce friction.

    • If you’re a side sleeper, consider a lash-friendly sleep mask.

    Long-Term Retention Tips

    • Clean lashes daily (clean lashes = better bonding).

    • Avoid picking, pulling, or twisting the extensions.

    • Schedule fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.

    • Keep oil-based products far from your lash line.

    When to Book a Fill

    • When ~40–50% of extensions have shed.

    • If you’d like to adjust length, curl, or style (may require a longer appointment).

LED Lash Extensions

Updated: 11/27/2025

  • LED lash extensions use a specialized LED-curing system that bonds each extension instantly using a light-activated adhesive. This method is designed to create:

    • longer-lasting retention

    • reduced sensitivity

    • a faster curing time

    • improved humidity resistance

The result is a lightweight, comfortable set that can hold especially well for clients with oily skin, watery eyes, or retention issues.

    Perfect for clients who:
    • Have poor retention with regular adhesive
    • Have watery eyes
    • Live active lifestyles or exercise frequently
    • Want quicker curing + fewer aftercare restrictions

Longevity: Many clients experience 3–4 weeks between fills depending on their lash cycle.

  • Although LED sets cure instantly, proper prep still improves retention.

    The Day Before

    • Shower and wash your hair so you can avoid water exposure for the first 24 hours.

    • Stop wearing waterproof mascara for at least 3 days prior.

    • Avoid lash serums 24 hours before application.

    The Day Of

    • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.

    • Do not apply oils or cream skincare around the eyes.

    • Remove contact lenses and bring glasses if needed.

    • Avoid caffeine to minimize eye twitching.

    If you have existing extensions:

Book a removal with your LED set if they were applied using regular adhesive from another artist.

  • LED lash extensions may not be recommended if you have:

    • Known sensitivity to cyanoacrylate adhesive

    • Eye infections or inflammation

    • Severe allergies causing excessive tearing

    • Dermatitis or eczema around the eyelids

    • Active blepharitis

    • Recent eye surgeries

    • Photosensitivity conditions (rare—LED is low intensity but still worth noting)

If unsure, please message before booking.

  • One of the biggest benefits of LED extensions is instant curing — but you should still follow proper care to maintain retention.

    First 24 Hours

    • You may get your lashes wet sooner than with traditional adhesive, but we still recommend avoiding heavy steam, sweat, or direct water pressure for the first 24 hours.

    • Avoid rubbing, touching, or brushing immediately after your appointment.

    Daily Care

    • Clean lashes once or twice daily with a lash-safe cleanser.

    • Brush gently when dry.

    • Do not use mascara or eyeliner that requires heavy rubbing to remove.

    • Avoid cotton pads, makeup wipes, or anything that can snag the extensions.

    Heat Precautions

    • Avoid extreme heat (ovens, grills, lighters, blow dryers on hot settings) — heat can distort or singe the curl.

    Sleep Tips

    • Sleep on your back when possible.

    • Use a silk or mulberry pillowcase to reduce friction.

    When to Book a Fill

    • Typically every 2.5–4 weeks depending on your lash cycle.

    • Book sooner if you experience rapid shedding, allergies, or seasonal changes.

Lash Lifts

Updated: 12/08/2025

  • A lash lift enhances your natural lashes by lifting, curling, and setting them into a beautifully elevated shape. It creates the look of longer, darker lashes without extensions and is perfect for low-maintenance beauty.

You may also pair your lift with a tint for added depth and definition.

    Perfect for clients who:
    • Want a natural, awakened look
    • Prefer low maintenance routines
    • Cannot maintain lash extensions
    • Have straight, downward-facing, or stubborn lashes

Results last: 6–8 weeks, depending on your lash cycle and aftercare.

  • The Day Before

    • Avoid waterproof mascara for 48–72 hours prior.

    • Discontinue the use of lash growth serums 24 hours before.

    • Avoid heavy oils and creams around the eye area.

    The Day Of

    • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes (no mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, or skincare on the eyes).

    • Do not curl your lashes the day of your appointment.

    • Avoid caffeine before your appointment (reduces eye fluttering).

    • Remove contact lenses and bring glasses if needed.

    • Let your artist know if you have extremely short, fragile, or downward-facing lashes — adjustments may be made for best results.

  • A lash lift may not be recommended if you have:

    • Very short or extremely sparse lashes

    • Active eye infections or irritation

    • Chronic watery eyes

    • Recent eye surgeries or procedures (within 6–8 weeks)

    • Allergies or sensitivities to perming solutions

    • Active dermatitis or eczema around the eyes

    • Excessive lash shedding (telogen phase dominance)

    • Trichotillomania (lash pulling)

If you’re unsure whether you're a good candidate, please reach out prior to booking.

  • A lash lift requires gentle care for the first 48 hours as the lashes continue to set.

    First 24–48 Hours

    • Keep lashes dry (no water, steam, sweat, tears).

    • Avoid saunas, hot yoga, and long showers.

    • Do not touch, rub, or sleep on your lashes.

    • Avoid mascara and lash products entirely.

    • Do not apply makeup removers or skincare to the lash line.

    After 48 Hours

    • You may resume normal activities.

    • It’s safe to wear mascara (avoid waterproof formulas).

    • Use oil-free products around the eyes.

    • Brush your lashes upward daily with a clean spoolie.

    Lash Health Tips

    • Apply a nourishing lash serum or conditioner to keep lashes moisturized and strong.

    • Avoid heat exposure, as it can weaken the lift.

    • Do not use mechanical lash curlers — they can damage lifted lashes.

    When to Rebook

Most clients rebook every 6–8 weeks once their natural lash cycle resets.

Brow Laminations

Updated: 12/08/2025

  • Brow Lamination restructures the brow hairs into a lifted, fuller, and more refined shape. This treatment smooths, straightens, and redirects the natural brow hairs for a fluffy or sleek finish — depending on your preference.

It’s perfect for clients who want:

    • Fuller, thicker-looking brows

    • A lifted, clean brow shape

    • Better control over unruly or curly brow hairs

    • A polished yet natural look

Results last: 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural hair cycle and aftercare.

Optional brow tint may be added for enhanced color and definition.

  • The Day Before

    • Avoid retinol, retinoids, AHA/BHA acids, and exfoliants around the brows for 48–72 hours.

    • Avoid self-tanner or spray tans on the brow area.

    The Day Of

    • Arrive with clean brows, free of makeup, oils, foundation, sunscreen, or skincare.

    • Do not apply brow gel, wax, pomade, or serum.

    • Avoid caffeinated drinks to reduce brow muscle twitching.

    • Let your artist know if you have very fine, fragile, or sparse brows so the solution strength can be adjusted.

  • Brow lamination may NOT be recommended if you have:

    • Extremely thin, fragile, or weak brow hairs

    • Overly compromised brows from previous overprocessing

    • Active eczema, dermatitis, or irritated skin around the brows

    • Recent brow microblading (must be fully healed)

    • Sunburn on the brow area

    • Open wounds or cuts near the brows

    • Allergies to perming solutions or tint (patch test recommended)

If uncertain, please message before booking.

  • First 24 Hours

    • Keep brows dry (no water, steam, sweat, or moisture).

    • Avoid touching, rubbing, or pressing on the brows.

    • Do not apply makeup on or around the brows.

    • Do not use skincare, oils, serums, or moisturizers on the brow area.

    • Avoid sleeping on your face or pushing brows against the pillow.

    After 24–48 Hours

    • Gently brush brows upward and into place daily.

    • Apply a brow-conditioning serum or nourishing oil to keep hairs hydrated.

    Ongoing Care & Maintenance

    • Avoid excessive heat exposure (steam rooms, hot yoga, saunas).

    • Avoid strong exfoliants or retinoids directly on the brows — this can weaken the lamination.

    • Do not use brow wax or pomade aggressively; apply gently.

    • Keep brows moisturized to prevent dryness or breakage.

    When to Rebook

Most clients return every 6–8 weeks as their natural brow cycle grows out.
